Hello! I am Vanessa, the founder of Creative in Care, and an experienced independent support worker and mentor. With over eight years of experience in the disability sector, I am deeply committed to working alongside participants and their families to provide tailored community and in-home support. My passion lies in delivering goal-focused, holistic care that enhances quality of life.

In addition to my role at Creative in Care, I am a Registered Midwife, working casually in Labour and Delivery at an Adelaide metro hospital, an area of work I truly enjoy. In my spare time, you will find me reading, fishing, swimming, and spending quality time with my family.

She specializes in Supported Independent Living (SIL), in-home support, and fostering essential independent living skills. With a deep commitment to empowering others, Layla works closely with clients to enhance their daily living skills and promote autonomy in a supportive and compassionate environment.
