All independent workers through Creative in Care are selected to join the team because they bring unique experience and perspectives, are committed to providing a high level of care, are understanding, compassionate and dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where every person can thrive. At a minimum each team member holds current:

    I'm Vanessa, founder of Creative in Care. I’ve spent the last 9 amazing years in the disability sector, driven by a passion for personalised, person-centred care that supports each participant’s unique goals.

    At Creative in Care, my team and I are committed to providing tailored community and in-home support that truly enhances quality of life.

    Outside of this role, I work casually as a Registered Midwife in Labour and Delivery at a metro Adelaide hospital — a job I love. In my downtime, you’ll find me reading, swimming, and enjoying time with my family.
